About Us
Kearn Auction House is a family-owned auction company serving North Central Kansas with complete auction services. Based in Concordia, our licensed auctioneers have provided professional auction services that have been trusted by clients from Kansas, Nebraska, and Colorado for over 20 years. We offer sales to be on-site or at one of the other locations that we rent out. We provide full support that includes setup, hauling and the advertising.

Our auction services include farm auctions, estate sales, business liquidation, and consignment auctions.
We often give out free auction services for charity events. This family-run auction business has operated for 20+ years with a focus on maximizing client returns.
The Owners
Dannie and Deborah Kearn own the auction house and call Concordia home. Dannie started auctioneering at the young age of 18, over the years he worked with several different auctioneers. In 2002, they purchased a building and started Kearn Auction House, which has been going strong since day one. While working beside his mom and dad Dannie Kearn Jr. decided to learn how to auctioneer. In 2015, Dannie Kearn Jr. was name Topeka Kansas Best Auctioneer. He has been providing the same professionalism and honesty to the buyer and sellers that his parents have in the past. Kearn Auction will continue as a family ran business that will be trusted for many years to come.
The Kearns maintain strong community ties throughout North Central Kansas. We support nonprofits across the region including WWII Honor Flight, Big Brothers Big Sisters, Optimist Club, Orphan Train, CASA, Pheasant Forever, and the Cloud County Toy Run. This community involvement reflects their pride and commitment to serve North Central Kansas as trusted auction professionals.
